At Giramisu, each item is lovingly handmade with care and attention to detail. We truly hope you love your purchase! That said, we understand that issues can occasionally happen, so please take a moment to review our return policy below.

Returns

Because our products are handmade and produced in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Defects

We carefully inspect every item before shipping. However, if your order arrives with a clear manufacturing defect, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@giramisu.ca

To help us assist you quickly, please include a brief description of the issue and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

    Once we receive your message, we’ll review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

    Refunds or Replacements

    If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we’ll be happy to offer:

    • A replacement of the same item (if available), or
    • A full refund for the affected item

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    Return Shipping

    If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll provide clear return instructions. Giramisu will cover the return shipping cost in these cases.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Change of mind
    • Personal preference (such as color, size, or style)
    • Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper care
    • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
    • Custom order (unless defective)

    Please note that small variations are a natural part of handmade items and are not considered defects.
